What is the return policy?
We want you to love your By Noha Fathy piece. As each bag is handmade, small variations in texture, stitching, shape, or finish are part of its character and are not considered defects.
However, if your bag arrives with a manufacturing fault — such as faulty stitching, a damaged closure, or another issue that affects the bag's function or quality — you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the bag must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Please contact us within 14 days with your order details and clear photos of the issue, and our team will review it and guide you through the return process.
Are the bags really handmade?
Yes. Every By Noha Fathy bag is made through a hands-on process combining traditional handcraft with careful sewing. Some steps use a domestic sewing machine, but the making remains small-scale and human-led — never industrial.
Will my bag look exactly like the photos?
In design, materials and dimensions, yes. In pattern placement, weave and stitching, no those are specific to each piece. That's the nature of handmade work.
How much does shipping cost and how long does delivery take?
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. For deliveries within Egypt, orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days. Shipping starts from 75 EGP.
