At by Noha Fathy, each of our handmade bag is crafted with care and love, making every piece truly unique. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, no two items will ever be identical. Slight variations in color, texture, stitching, or design, especially in patterns, are inherent to the artisanal process and reflect the individuality of each piece. These differences are not imperfections but a testament to the craftsmanship involved.
While we provide accurate descriptions and images, minor differences are expected, adding to the charm and character of our handmade items. If you have questions, we’re happy to assist.
Refund & Returns
Given the bespoke nature of our handmade products, refunds and returns are not offered. However, if any concerns arise about your purchase, please contact us, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis to ensure your satisfaction.
Shipping
Your handmade item will be carefully packaged and shipped within one week of your purchase. Delivery times may vary based on location and circumstances beyond our control, but you will receive tracking details once your item is dispatched. If delays or issues occur, please reach out to us for support.
Inspect Upon Delivery
We understand the importance of receiving a product that meets your expectations. With our Inspect Upon Delivery option, you can check your handmade bag when it arrives. If the bag doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it immediately to the courier. A delivery fee of 100 EGP will apply for this service.
Damages & Issues
We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. Should there be any defects, damages, or discrepancies, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
